Catherine is the senior lead responsible for the Home Office and all of our contracts in the Government sector. A successful member of the ISS UK & Ireland Senior Leadership Team, Catherine has extensive knowledge and experience having transferred into ISS in 2006 and with over 30 years in the FM industry.

Over his 13-year career with ISS, Peter has undertaken a number of portfolio roles, most recently as a Key Account Portfolio Director in the Government Sector. Peter's leadership and sector insight will play a key role in supporting teams to drive operational excellence and exceed service expectations.

How Peter will be involved in the Home Office Contract

Peter is extremely excited about the new partnership and will be responsible for the ISS strategic and operational delivery from 1 October 2026. Passionate about people, he will be visible and available to provide guidance at all times.

With a passion for people, Carly is our People and Culture lead with areas of expertise which includes leadership, development and talent. With a background that is entirely focused on people, her core focus during the mobilisation is the colleagues joining ISS. 

Where you might see Carly: Carly will be overseeing the welcome of colleagues into ISS so will be at each of the Town Hall Sessions, as well as leading the 121 schedules so that ISS can meet everyone transferring. Carly will also be working to set up learning and development, inductions and the management of talent joining ISS.

Jon became part of ISS in 2023 and has played a key role in supporting numerous contracts and managing colleague transfers. He has lots of experience of making the journey as seamlessly as possible for new colleagues joining and has recently worked on contracts including Boots and the North London Mental Health Trust.

Where you might see Jon: With extensive expertise in 'TUPE' - the process of transferring employees to a new organisation, Jon will be at the Town Hall meetings and 121 sessions to make sure every individual joining ISS feels informed and supported. He will also lead consultations with the unions and employee representatives throughout the transition. Steven Brown has been a valued member of the ISS Food Services team for over 15 years, bringing extensive experience in mobilising new contracts and supporting successful operational transitions. 

Where you might see Steve: As Mobilisation Manager for ISS Food Services, Steve will visit sites to gain a thorough understanding of the current catering operations and engage with teams to assess existing service delivery. Working closely with operational site teams, Steve will coordinate all aspects of the transition to ensure ISS is fully prepared to deliver exceptional catering services from 1 October, while embedding ISS standards, processes, and culture from the outset.

What Steve is most excited for in the new contract with the Home Office

‘I'm particularly looking forward to meeting the Home Office catering teams and building strong relationships across the contract. I want to ensure a smooth and positive transition from Compass to ISS so that new colleagues feel welcomed, valued, and fully supported throughout the journey. I'm  excited to work alongside every member of the team to foster an open, honest, and collaborative culture where everyone feels part of the ISS family and can contribute to the contract's future success.'
